Egerton Running Club

About

Egerton Running Club originally began in 2009 as Greensandway Joggers. We started with meeting for a run on Sunday mornings. The group has gradually developed and now has a home at Egerton Sports Pavilion and regular runs, cycle rides and circuit training sessions every week.

We go to local running meets (anything from 5K to 30mile) and support each other in training for these events. We also like to try a few challenges such as a Dirty Dash, "It's-a- Knockout"  and charity cycle rides.

Our three Leadership in Running Fitness (LiRF) Coaches are qualified to support people of all abilities, are DBS checked and qualified in First Aid for Sport.

We support The Friends of Egerton C of E Primary School is an annual Bluebell Run which this year will be on Sunday 13th May 2018

Our ethos is to have fun and keep fit!
